I am very picky about hotels and I have to admit I am a bit OCD. I stayed at the Courtyard and it was perfect. The rooms were very clean, the beach and pool area super nice. The gym was awesome. Entertainment? So much to do! Weekend nights are full of music, dancing and fun. You will not be disappointed, I promise. My husband and I are already planning our next visit.

Overall, this was a great hotel for the price! Location was key and staff very helpful. The beach was clean and big, with nice beach chairs and towels from the hotel. Few constructive criticisms, perhaps the hotel restaurants could have more menu options. Also, the bathroom tile was - well, should be updated. BUT- it surely was nice to have water bottles daily and friendly housekeeping too! Great stay and would definately come back again!

Good location, nice beach, rooms were clean, staff is very efficient. My daughter and I went to PR for a quick, albeit very rainy, getaway. This hotel was within walking distance of some very nice local restaurants. The beach front was great, pool was great. Very enjoyable.

We stayed at the Marriot for 5 days and it ended up raining our whole trip, except for a day when the sun peeped out. We had a great room with part ocean view, hotel had a lot of amentities and dancing. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the beach was gorgeous. The only down fall was the hearing the planes take off at night while you sleep, but you get used to it and you have to pay for parking per day ($15). I would definetly stay again! Oh! if you like coconut, try the coconut mojito (with coco lopez) delicious!

The best aspect- the beach, it is the last of a string of hotels and has some private condo's on one side and a big public beach on the other making for a long stretch of beautiful beach about 1 mile long- not shaded by high-rises like other beachfront hotels. Out in the water it is sandy and nice for swimming / boogie-boarding. Many surfers in area as well. Red flag sea all days we were there but we went out in the water and did some bodysurfing and had fun. Worst aspect-location next to the airport- you will hear airplanes! I choose this hotel based on a different review saying the airport was not a factor- I disagree. Its not bad at night - with the balcony doors closed and the AC on, but if you plan on spending a lot of your day time here- the noise is distracting and you show be aware of this. I was also disappointed in the food/restaurants options. The beach grill was good, but other than that you really are faced with buffets for breakfast and dinner and no order of the menu options- with mediocre food IMHO.
